If you submitted a lawsuit in an Israeli Regional Labor Court from February 1, 2009 onward and the court fee you paid included your request for non-monetary assistance (as defined in section 26A of the Protection of Salary Law), you are eligible for a rebate.
In order to receive a rebate you need to submit a rebate request form:

You will need to submit along with the request copies of your lawsuit and the court fee receipt.
